You can subscribe to Max through many providers. Some subscription providers offer plans with monthly or yearly billing.

Standard

  • Stream on 2 devices at once
  • Full HD 1080p resolution
  • 30 offline downloads

Premium

  • Stream on 4 devices at once
  • Stream in 4K UHD, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, and HDR 10 on select titles
  • 100 offline downloads (limits apply)

Channels, live content, and sport contain ads. On-demand content may include sponsorship. Plan switching not available to all customers.

Note Pricing varies for subscriptions billed through Google Play. For pricing info, check your app store or Max.com.

Which base plan do I have?

Here's how to find your subscription plan:

  1. In Max, do one of the following:
    • Phone, tablet, or computer: Choose your profile and then Subscription.
    • TV device: Choose the Settings icon cog (lower left) and then Subscription. (Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
  2. Find your current plan and billing period.

How do I change plans?

Depending on your provider, you may be able to change your subscription plan. Here's how:

  1. In Max, do one of the following:
    • Phone, tablet, or computer: Choose your profile and then Subscription.
    • TV device: Choose the Settings icon cog (lower left) and then Subscription. (Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
  2. Take note of who your subscription is billed through and find them below:
'Plan change unavailable' message

If you get this message, try the following:

  • To change your plan, you need to be located in the country where you started your subscription. If you're traveling, wait until you return home to change your subscription plan.
  • Try changing your plan again in a few minutes.

BluTV yearly installment plan? If you try to change to a non-installment plan, you may receive an error. New installment plans are not currently available on Max.
